Saai Syvendra · Software Engineer & Public Speaker · Sri Lanka

I build AI agents for a living, and then I talk about them. By day I'm a Software Engineer at Veracity Group, building an enterprise AI workforce, while I finish my BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Engineering is only one of my stages, though. I also play water polo, swim and do Toastmasters, and I've won on each of them, as you'll see below.

What I can talk about

• AI agents, from the ground up. What actually turns an LLM into an agent, and what it takes to build one you can trust with real work. My LLM ≠ Agent workshop is one example.
• Security and tech, made simple. I take technical topics and break them down so anyone in the room can follow, like how the padlock in your browser works, and what happened when eMudhra, a certificate authority, got it wrong.
• Public speaking for engineers. How to take technical jargon and say it in words everyone understands, the way Toastmasters taught me.
• Winning hackathons. What it takes, from understanding the problem to building and pitching under the clock. I've won a few, including first place out of 12,885 registrants at HackerRank Orchestrate.

I do hands-on workshops, talks and panels, in person or online.

Talks I've given
